Our Story

It all began high in the Colombian mountains, where mornings smell of damp earth and freshly roasted coffee. That's where Lorena, our founder, was born and raised, on a coffee farm that has belonged to her family for generations. From childhood, she learned to care for the plants, to select ripe beans by hand, and to respect the rhythms dictated by nature.

On that farm, she understood that coffee is not just a beverage, but a ritual, a connection with the land and those who work it. Over the years, Lorena studied, traveled, and discovered the world of specialty coffee. But she always knew her path would lead her back to her roots.

In 2025, she founded this coffee shop with a single purpose: to share what coffee means to her. Every cup we serve is made with carefully selected beans, sourced from farms that work with love just as her family did. Here we honor origin, tradition, and quality, without shortcuts.
